Description For Engineering Manager, Core Platform

DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Core Platform team to help build the world's most reliable on-demand logistics engine for delivery. The Core Platform team owns critical platform services used across engineering.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead high-impact technical initiatives that shape platform evolution, inspire teams with technical vision, and maintain a positive work culture. You'll be responsible for recruiting and retaining talented engineers while keeping the team connected to engineering needs.

The role offers significant technical challenges and the opportunity to impact DoorDash's engineering culture. You'll work on building and maintaining 24x7, no-downtime, global infrastructure systems powering DoorDash's three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers.
