Description For Software Engineer, Performance Platform

DoorDash is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Performance Platform team within the Developer Platform organization. This role focuses on building foundational components that impact system performance across DoorDash's ecosystem. The mission is to integrate performance into DoorDash's software development lifecycle and empower developers to optimize their systems.

The role involves developing tools and capabilities to identify and address performance, scalability, and efficiency limitations, from granular levels to end-to-end systems. You'll work directly with engineers, technical product managers, and engineering managers across the organization to deliver high-impact initiatives.
