The role involves conducting regular red team assessments on applications, systems, and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and potential attack vectors. The ideal candidate will simulate red teaming exercises, implement frameworks like MITRE, collaborate with the blue team, stay updated on security trends, and design custom testing tools.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting red team assessments
- Simulating red teaming exercises
- Collaborating with the blue team

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Web/Mobile applications/Network Penetration Testing
- Proven experience in red teaming, penetration testing, or offensive security roles
- Strong knowledge of security principles, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors
- Proficiency with red teaming tools (e.g., Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, Nmap)
- Experience with scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
