DevOps Engineer

DRW is a diversified trading firm with over 3 decades of experience, seeking a DevOps Engineer to join Cumberland's blockchain product development team. This role involves designing and supporting highly available systems in a diverse tech stack for on-chain application infrastructure globally. You'll work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Python, Prometheus, and Grafana to build repeatable and supportable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and supporting highly available systems
• Expanding infrastructure on Kubernetes
• Enhancing monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools
• Improving CI/CD processes with declarative configuration tools
• Creating patterns for local development to production migration
• Supporting and enhancing highly available database architecture
• Building and improving DevOps team tooling
• Researching and implementing new technologies

Required skills and experience:

• Supporting mission-critical, high-performance applications
• AWS, EKS management, and Terraform experience
• Kubernetes deployment and support
• Prometheus and Grafana for application monitoring
• CI/CD pipeline development for Kubernetes
• Solid Python skills
• Database support for highly available systems
• Linux platform support
• Network communications knowledge (multicast, gRPC, websockets)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
