Observability Engineer

DRW is a well-established trading firm with over 30 years of experience in global markets. The company operates autonomously using its own capital across various asset classes including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities, and Energy. They've expanded into real estate, venture capital, and cryptoassets.

The Observability team plays a crucial role in supporting the firm's logging, metrics, and tracing tools. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll manage mission-critical observability infrastructure used throughout the company. You'll be responsible for ensuring multi-tenant and highly available operations while helping teams maximize their data usage.

As an Observability Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of DevOps and monitoring, working with tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus. The role combines technical expertise with collaborative skills, as you'll need to interface with various teams and vendors while driving improvements in observability practices.
