ServiceNow Developer

The role involves platform administration, development, and support tasks to ensure optimal operation of the ServiceNow environment.

You'll be responsible for platform upkeep, security monitoring, ticket management, and developing simple deliverables like catalog items. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in ServiceNow and strong problem-solving abilities. You'll work within an Agile framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of ServiceNow experience, hold a CSA certification, and understand ITIL concepts. You'll be involved in various aspects of ServiceNow administration, from handling day-to-day incidents to participating in platform upgrades and integration projects.
