Listed on the Australian Stock Market (ASX) with offices in USA, Australia, and UK, Dubber provides innovative AI-enriched conversational data solutions used by major communication networks worldwide.

The role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, requiring someone who can manage customer tickets, create documentation, and provide support across Dubber's product range. You'll be working with a global team, supporting customers through multiple communication channels including phone, live chat, and email.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you'll need 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications. Technical skills required include proficiency with help desk systems, Confluence, JIRA, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with unified communication platforms like BroadWorks, Webex, or Microsoft Teams is highly desired.

Requirements For Customer Support Engineer
