Description For Junior Software Developer

Dubber, the world's leading Unified call recording and Voice AI platform, is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join their team in Oxford in a hybrid role. The company, listed on the ASX (DUB), has spent over a decade developing state-of-the-art cloud-based architecture and works with major players in banking, telecommunications, utilities, and insurance.

As a Junior Developer, you'll be part of a talented, close-knit team working on cloud-based conversation capture and payments platforms. You'll write clean, maintainable code for .NET-based applications, work with AWS services, and participate in testing and quality assurance processes. The role offers excellent opportunities for hands-on experience with modern technologies and best practices in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, basic understanding of C# and .NET development, and familiarity with Git. While technical skills are important, the company values enthusiasm for learning, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Additional experience with cloud services, CI/CD, Docker, SQL, and web development is advantageous but not required.
