Junior IT Support Engineer

Dubizzle MENA, the leading online marketplace in the region, is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join their team in Cairo. The position involves providing enterprise-level technical support to users, managing the IT Help Desk, and ensuring smooth operation of technical systems. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network configurations, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

This role is perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills. You'll need a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience or relevant internship experience. Knowledge of Linux systems and general IT infrastructure is valuable, and certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, or Linux are appreciated.
