Responsibilities For Senior SW Integration and Test Engineer – 5G Core
- Develop comprehensive testing strategy for 5G Core Network and its sub-systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
- Create and execute detailed test cases covering features, functions, performance, scalability, stability, and security
- Investigate and recommend new tools for product development
- Focus on test architecture infrastructure, design, and methodologies
- Mentor junior team members
- Reproduce customer-reported issues and validate fixes
Requirements For Senior SW Integration and Test Engineer – 5G Core
- 8+ years of experience in testing 5G Core and EPC products
- Deep understanding of 5G Core Network functions and signaling flow
- Strong expertise in TCP/IP network fundamentals (L2 and L3 protocols)
- Hands-on experience with KVM (or equivalent), Kubernetes, AWS (or equivalent) and Linux
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with industry standard UE, gNodeB simulator from Keysight/Viavi or equivalent
- Strong experience in Requirements Analysis, Test Planning & Strategy, Test Case Design, Test Execution and Management, Defect Management
- Hands-on experience in Test Case execution, analyzing logs/traces/Wireshark, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and operating test harnesses
- Experience with various tools: Confluence, Bug Tracking (Jira), Version control (GIT), and Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
