The role, based in Palo Alto with a hybrid work arrangement, offers a competitive compensation package of $169,800 - $207,600 plus equity and benefits. As a Product Security Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of securing EarnIn's financial technology platform, working closely with development teams to ensure robust security measures.

Key responsibilities include leading application security reviews, performing security-focused code reviews, and conducting threat modeling. You'll be instrumental in developing automated security testing, managing the bug bounty program, and providing security training to development teams. The position requires strong expertise in security tools, protocols, and best practices, with particular emphasis on OWASP Top 10 and financial services security standards.
