We're seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our Employment Platform team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on key platform services, utilizing C# and event-driven architecture on AWS. You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing new features, building large-scale systems, and mentoring other engineers.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement from our BLR office, requiring two days per week in-office presence.
