Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

EarnIn, a pioneer in earned wage access, is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Bangkok-based team. This role involves designing and developing test automation to ensure product quality and improve user experience in the fintech space.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with product and development teams
• Creating comprehensive test plans
• Developing and maintaining automation tests
• Tracking quality assurance metrics
• Mentoring other engineers
• Cross-functional collaboration

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of quality engineer experience
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
• Experience in functional and integration testing
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and microservice architecture (preferred)
