Senior Staff Software Engineer

EarnIn is seeking an experienced, passionate, and resourceful Senior Staff Software Engineer to join their product engineering team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with various teams and contribute to the design and development of EarnIn's core products. You'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of community members by driving the design and implementation of new features, breaking down complex problems, and creating high-quality, clean code. You'll collaborate with and mentor other senior engineers, contribute to defining technical direction, plan roadmaps, and lead cross-team engineering initiatives.

EarnIn offers a competitive salary range of $228,800 - $341,000 plus equity and benefits.
