Embedded Software Engineer

We are seeking a relationship-oriented and numbers driven Embedded Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude, have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, be highly motivated to effectively meet requirements, and be an independent worker who can carry out assignments to completion and accurately follow instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Qualifications include:

• Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience with Linux, C, Bash
• Excellent computer proficiency
• In-depth understanding of networking
• Experience with embedded applications and toolchains
• Experience with embedded microcontrollers
• Software debugging skills
• Perl and Python experience is a plus
• Experience with communications protocols is a plus
