Senior Performance & KPI Monitoring Engineer

Earthlinktele is seeking a Senior Performance & KPI Monitoring Engineer to join their Al-Watani Operations team in Baghdad, Iraq. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for coordinating and preparing departmental and operational KPIs, including data collection and analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI monitoring reports to the board.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc. in Telecom Engineering or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in KPI and Monitoring functions. They should have a strong background in ISP Industry Quality Standards and Assurance or experience with Big Four Consulting firms. The role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in complex data analysis, and familiarity with system tools and Performance and KPI Management tools.

Key responsibilities include coordinating KPI report preparation across departments, continuously monitoring and analyzing organizational KPIs, administering measurement tools, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and making suggestions for improvements. The engineer will also be responsible for monitoring technical and customer-related KPIs, maintaining the reporting dashboard, and escalating performance issues to the board.

The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, and be able to work effectively with various departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of KPI reporting.
