As a Business Developer, you'll be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities through cold-calling, lead development, and client relationship management. The role offers comprehensive training through Ebury's world-class academy, covering macro and microeconomics, sales psychology, and financial products.
The position is ideal for graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of B2B sales experience who are passionate about FinTech. You'll be responsible for creating and managing a database of prospective clients, presenting Ebury's services, and developing solutions for clients' foreign exchange, hedging, payment, and trade finance requirements.
Key responsibilities include lead generation using Ebury's data-driven technology "Sonar," attending industry events, researching clients and sectors, and managing relationships with the account management team. The role offers clear progression paths into senior sales positions, dealing, or account management roles in a merit-based environment.
The ideal candidate should have a degree, strong English proficiency (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu language skills preferred), and basic knowledge of finance/economics. You'll need excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a drive for results in a target-driven environment.
