Description For Danish Speaking Business Developer

Ebury, a leading global fintech company founded in 2009, is expanding its presence to Copenhagen and seeking Danish-speaking Business Developers. This unique opportunity begins with 6 months of training in London, with provided accommodation, visa, and flights, before transitioning to the new Copenhagen office in mid-2025.

As a Business Developer, you'll play a crucial role in growing Ebury's Danish client base. The position involves market research, identifying sales prospects, and connecting with decision-makers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. You'll become an FX expert while building your career in a fast-growing global fintech environment.

Ebury has an impressive track record, receiving a £350 million investment from Banco Santander in 2019 and being recognized among the top 15 European Fintechs to work for by AltFi in 2021. With over 1,700 employees across 38 offices in more than 25 countries, Ebury offers a dynamic, multicultural workplace that celebrates diversity and inclusion.

The role offers an industry-leading base salary with uncapped commission, rapid career progression opportunities, and comprehensive training from experienced FX professionals. You'll have access to international development opportunities, including global Sales Boot Camps, and be part of the pioneering Danish team.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent Danish and English, enjoys building relationships, and has experience in B2B or client-facing roles.
