Ebury, a rapidly growing FinTech company recognized among the top 15 European Fintechs, is seeking a Junior FX Business Developer for their Partnerships Sales division in Paris. Founded in 2009 and backed by a £350 million investment from Banco Santander, Ebury has grown to over 1700 staff across 25+ countries.

The role sits within the partnerships division, which specializes in institutional, financial brokers, and FinTech sales, providing white-labeled solutions for various financial institutions. You'll be responsible for developing a network of intermediaries from scratch, conducting market research, and engaging in cold calling to maximize revenue potential.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a financial background and strong communication skills to enter the dynamic world of FinTech sales. You'll work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, gaining deep insights into various business models across industries while building relationships with high-level executives.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of B2B experience in a partner-facing role, preferably in financial services or technology. You'll need to be bilingual in French and English, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
