Lead Test Engineer

Egen is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to join their fast-growing, data-first company. This role involves creating and executing test plans, developing automation testing coverage, and working in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Test Engineer, with strong skills in automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building test suites for functional and non-functional tests
• Providing manual release support
• Debugging Infrastructure-as-Code
• Cross-functional collaboration with developers and product managers
• Troubleshooting in distributed cloud environments
• Automating manual processes
• Debugging production issues and updating regressions
• Contributing to best practices and improving the Quality Engineering Organization
