The role is for a Full-Stack Engineer on the growth team, focusing on self-serve customers and product-led growth. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, driving metrics across awareness, acquisition, retention, revenue, and referral.
Responsibilities include:
- Ideating and implementing full growth features and experiments
- Creating in-product onboarding to drive activation
- Setting up and iterating on pricing experimentation systems
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong full-stack engineering skills
- Strong product sense
- Interest in growth and business aspects
- (Bonus) Experience launching or growing products
- (Bonus) Competence with analytics and experimentation tools
- (Bonus) Design skills

Responsibilities For Full-Stack Engineer (Growth Team)
- Ideate and implement full growth features and experiments to drive user acquisition
- Create in-product onboarding to drive activation
- Set up a pricing experimentation system and use it to iterate on pricing
- Operate across the full range of metrics — including driving awareness, acquisition, retention, revenue, and referral
Requirements For Full-Stack Engineer (Growth Team)
- Strong full-stack engineering skills (backend leaning, frontend leaning, or half-half)
- Strong product sense
- Interest in growth and the business side of things
- Ability to showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions
