Responsibilities For Senior Software Development Engineer in Test
- Lead test strategy and execution for major releases and complex features
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks
- Drive quality standards, enforce best practices, and guide team members in test methodology
- Act as a primary liaison with product managers and stakeholders
- Conduct root-cause analysis on complex issues
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to enhance testing processes
- Define and track quality metrics
Requirements For Senior Software Development Engineer in Test
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance activities
- 5+ years of experience in test automation
- Expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, API development
- Experience with Selenium or equivalent testing frameworks
- Experience with Azure cloud platform and cloud-native design principles
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps & Azure DevOps Pipelines
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
