Responsibilities For Software Development Engineer in Test
- Lead test strategy and execution for major releases and complex features
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks
- Drive quality standards and enforce best practices
- Act as primary liaison with stakeholders for quality objectives
- Conduct root-cause analysis on complex issues
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to enhance testing processes
Requirements For Software Development Engineer in Test
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in test automation
- Expertise in .NET technologies, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
- Experience with Selenium or equivalent testing frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native design principles
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level
