Embrace is looking for a talented and passionate highly technical Solutions Engineer to improve and evolve their current product, which is gathering data from 100M+ devices and growing rapidly. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Embrace's highly differentiated and game-changing mobile observability offering.
What You'll Do:
- Represent Embrace as both an expert communicator and technologist, delivering an amazing customer experience
- Communicate directly with customers, product and engineering teams to solve complex problems
- Work in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities, owning the technical integration process
- Quickly root-cause and identify technical issues, providing clear instructions for reproduction
- Directly impact product direction by suggesting improvements based on customer feedback
- Ensure efficient bug reporting processes to Engineering
- Improve collaboration with Sales and Customer Success by developing tools and enhancing documentation
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years experience in Mobile Development, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering at a B2B software company
- Experience with mobile development and familiarity with iOS, Android, and their development tools
- Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
- Comfortable discussing code; ability to read and write code is a plus (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JS preferred)
- Curious about how things work and able to apply experience to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with writing and speaking to help solve issues
- High competency and low ego, with a passion for helping people both inside and outside the company
- Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline preferred
