EMW, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Manager and BMC Developer for their location in Braine-L'Alleud, Belgium. This role requires NATO SECRET clearance and focuses on implementing and managing CMDB technologies. The position involves working with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, BMC Discovery, and various infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for system configuration, documentation, testing, and operational support. This is a contract position running from March 2025 to December 2025, requiring 100% on-site presence. The role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge configuration management systems and contribute to critical infrastructure management. The position requires strong technical expertise in BMC tools and database solutions, making it ideal for experienced professionals in configuration management and system development.
Responsibilities For C003967 Configuration Manager and BMC Developer (NS)
- Implement CMDB technologies based on technical requirements
- Configure CMDB systems aligned with NISC and NCIA processes
- Perform operational activities as defined by Configuration Management policies
- Provide support to the Technical Lead in ensuring technical coherence
- Develop Build and Configuration documentation of CMDB systems
- Support testing phases including Factory Acceptance and User Acceptance Testing
- Design and Build reports and dashboards as per NISC requirements
- Perform Data management Tasks
- Support Transition to Operations of new ITSM systems
Requirements For C003967 Configuration Manager and BMC Developer (NS)
- Active NATO SECRET security clearance
- University degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline; or 5 years equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 3 years recent experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite development (version 9.1 and higher)
- Extensive Experience in BMC Discovery (version 11.x and higher)
- Experience in BMC TrueSight Operations Management
- Experience installing and configuring BMC Remedy Suite
- Strong experience in data gathering and loading into Remedy ITSM
- Experience with MS PowerBI Workplace Advanced
- Knowledge of infrastructure solutions and database solutions (MS SQL and Oracle)
