Gathering, preparing, and loading foundation data into Remedy ITSM
Configuring Approval Center and approval chains
Installing and configuring Remedy Atrium CMDB
Integrating various data sources with Remedy Atrium CMDB

Requirements For C003990 Configuration Manager and BMC Developer (NS)

Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
University degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline; alternatively, 5 years of equivalent industry experience
Minimum 3 years recent experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite development (version 9.1 and higher)
Extensive Experience in BMC Discovery (version 11.x and higher)
ITIL 2011 Foundation certificate beneficial
Experience in BMC TrueSight Operations Management (version 10.x and higher)
Extensive experience installing BMC Remedy Suite
Experience in deploying and configuring/customising Remedy with Smart IT
Extensive experience in CMDB Automation
Experience in Implementing and Configuring DCIM Patchmanager tool
Extensive Experience in MS PowerBI
