EMW, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Manager and BMC Developer (CMDB) for their location in Braine-L'Alleud, Belgium. This is a contract position running from April 7, 2025 to December 31, 2025, requiring NATO SECRET clearance. The role focuses on implementing and managing CMDB technologies within the organization's infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite, BMC Discovery, and configuration management processes. This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced enterprise systems and contribute to critical infrastructure management. The role requires 100% on-site presence and involves collaboration with various teams to ensure proper system configuration, documentation, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities For Configuration Manager and BMC Developer (CMDB)
- Implement CMDB technologies based on agreed technical requirements
- Configure CMDB systems aligned with NISC and NCIA processes
- Perform operational activities as defined by Configuration Management policies
- Fulfill Configuration Management Service Requests
- Develop Build and Configuration documentation of CMDB systems
- Support testing phases including Factory Acceptance and User Acceptance Testing
- Design and Build reports and dashboards as per NISC requirements
- Perform Data management Tasks
- Support Transition to Operations of new ITSM systems
Requirements For Configuration Manager and BMC Developer (CMDB)
- Active NATO SECRET security clearance
- University degree in Computer Engineering or 5 years equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite development (version 9.1+)
- Extensive Experience in BMC Discovery (version 11.x+)
- ITIL 2011 Foundation certificate (beneficial)
- Experience in BMC TrueSight Operations Management (beneficial)
- Experience in installing and configuring BMC Remedy Suite
- Experience in CMDB Automation
- Experience in Implementing and Configuring DCIM Patchmanager tool
- Extensive Experience in MS PowerBI
