EMW, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Collaboration Engineer to join their team in Braine-L'Alleud, Belgium. This is a contract position running from May 26, 2025 to December 31, 2025, requiring NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance. The role focuses on leading the Audio Visual team and managing complex AV solutions across NATO networks. Responsibilities For Senior Digital Collaboration Engineer
- Organize work for the Audio Visual team
- Plan and monitor implementation of outsourcing and service improvement initiatives
- Lead Service Request, Incident, Change and Problem Management
- Participate in projects providing governance and guidance
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Interact with customer representatives
- Manage design and deployment of complex Audio Visual solutions
- Perform team management tasks
- Mentor and guide team members
- Represent the team and communicate needs to management
Requirements For Senior Digital Collaboration Engineer
- Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline with 3 years experience or 10 years extensive expertise without degree
- Experience in incident, change and problem management methodologies
- Experience in service level management and continuous service improvement
- Experience in Service Catalogue development
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Excellent analytical and listening skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as a people manager in technology support
- Minimum 3 years managing vendors and vendor contracts
- Experience in AV solutions deployment and architecture
- Familiarity with AV solutions from Crestron, Extron, AMX and Televic
- Familiarity with AV protocols and networking like Dante
