Senior Engineer (IDAM)

EMW, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IDAM) for their security operations. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Active Directory, and Federation Services. The position is based in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium, and requires 100% on-site presence.

The role involves managing complex identity and access management systems for NATO-related operations, requiring a NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing directory synchronization services, implementing security policies, and ensuring robust identity management across multiple forest environments.

As a Senior IDAM Engineer, you'll work closely with development, operations, and security teams to maintain and improve identity management systems. Your responsibilities will include incident management, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement. The role requires both technical expertise and collaborative skills to work effectively across different teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of enterprise-level experience with directory services and identity management. You should have deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including MIM, Active Directory, and Federation Services. Programming skills in C#, PowerShell, and VBScript are essential, as is experience with Windows server environments.
