Service Engineer (Mission)

EMW, Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join the NCI Agency's Mission CIS Technical Design Authority (MCIS TDA) team. This role involves working with complex Communication and Information Systems (CIS) engineering and design, including networks, infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, and security systems. The position requires extensive experience in system architecture and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

The role is structured around agile sprints, with deliverables focused on architecture maintenance, implementation guidance, and ensuring coherency across programs. The initial contract runs through 2025 with potential extensions through 2028. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring NATO SECRET clearance.

Key responsibilities include producing and maintaining architecture materials, providing technical guidance, monitoring implementation, and ensuring design pattern compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in CIS engineering, with knowledge of enterprise architecture and military systems being highly valuable.

The position offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical systems in an international environment, with the potential for long-term engagement through multiple contract extensions. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership abilities and understanding of security protocols. Travel may be required to various NATO sites, with expenses covered according to company policy.
