QA Automation Engineer

Enroute is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of their software products. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working with Python and as a QA Engineer. They will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting automation test suites, documenting test cases in TestRail, and collaborating with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Experience with SQL is a plus, and the role involves consuming and testing RESTful APIs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating, maintaining, and increasing automated tests in the QA infrastructure
• Test case documentation in TestRails
• Working closely with the Director of Test Engineering and Product Managers to define acceptance criteria and implement new test scenarios
• Coding automated test cases and enhancing regression testing frameworks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with Python
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Great communication skills
• Experience writing automated tests from acceptance criteria
• Knowledge and experience working with Selenium
• Experience with testing UI, APIs, and Databases
• Experience with ticketing and CI (Jenkins and Jira ideally)
• Pytest and Docker experience is a plus
