Senior Enterprise Content Engineer - SmartCOMM

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Content Engineer specializing in SmartCOMM to join our team. This role is pivotal in defining and executing enterprise content management (ECM) strategies aligned with client goals and leveraging emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with SmartCOMM and related content management tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise-level data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of ECM solutions using SmartCOMM, SmartIQ, OnBase, and similar tools.
• Develop ECM architecture strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Utilize AWS (or similar cloud platforms) to design, deploy, and manage scalable ECM solutions.
• Design, interpret, and manage complex data models while leading API design, development, and testing for seamless system integration.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to the ECM team, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including solution designs, diagrams, guidelines, and policies.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of ECM projects, including design, development, testing, and implementation.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with enterprise content management tools such as SmartCOMM, SmartIQ, and OnBase. SmartCOMM experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Ability to interpret, design, and administer complex data models.
• Experience with API design, development, testing, and integration.
• Strong leadership skills to guide the ECM team and ensure adherence to architecture principles.

This position is hybrid, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Candidates must reside in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, or be willing to relocate to this city.
