As a Plant Performance Engineer at Envalior, you will be at the helm of our operational excellence, ensuring that our production processes are not only efficient but also aligned with the company's vision and sustainability goals. You will lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, driving performance improvements and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support plant safety initiatives and promote safety in daily operations
  • Establish continuous improvement goals and objectives
  • Identify lean opportunities for improvement throughout the organization
  • Lead and manage plant operations to achieve production and quality targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among plant staff
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the plant
  • Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, supply chain, and quality control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing management, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
  • Green Belt Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • In-depth knowledge of the plant and the process
  • Broad knowledge of all manufacturing disciplines
  • Leadership experience
  • Planning and organizational skills
