Responsibilities For AWS Cloud Lead Developer
- Deliver cloud use cases based on defined architecture and framework
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS services
- Lead team of cloud engineers, providing guidance and mentoring
- Peer review code for quality and maintainability
- Connect with Architects and business users for feature requirements
- Identify development tools and environment for project goals
- Execute sprint plans based on feature release plan
- Act as first point of contact for external teams
- Conduct training for deployment and Operations teams
- Implement security best practices and IAM policies
Requirements For AWS Cloud Lead Developer
- 16+ years of experience
- Expert in designing and building secure platforms on AWS using well architected framework
- Expert with Infrastructure as Code tooling (Terraform, Terragrunt, Bicep, Pulumi)
- Expert with Configuration Management tooling (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Expert with Container Orchestration systems (EKS, AKS, OpenShift)
- Expert with Container technologies (Helm, Harbour)
- Expert with Build & Release Automation (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Flux, SonarQube)
- Expert with Coding Languages (Python, Bash, Powershell, Go)
- Experience in automation with EventBridge, System Manager and Lambda in AWS
- AWS Developer and Solution Architect certification required
- Experience in Ansible and Jenkins (5-6 years)
- Experience with Cloud Networking
- Experience administering Operating Systems
