Responsibilities For Observability & AIOps Engineer
- Architect, deploy, and manage observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace)
- Develop monitoring strategies across infrastructure, applications, and microservices
- Configure and maintain logs, metrics, and traces
- Implement and manage AIOps solutions for anomaly detection and trend forecasting
- Integrate AIOps tools with observability platforms and ITSM solutions
- Design self-healing mechanisms and incident automation workflows
- Provide root cause analysis and system improvements recommendations
- Create dashboards, alerts, and reports for stakeholder insights
- Train and enable teams on observability and AIOps platforms
Requirements For Observability & AIOps Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with observability tools (Splunk, New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
- Proficiency in AIOps tools (Moogsoft, BigPanda, Dynatrace, IBM Watson AIOps)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments
- Expertise in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and machine learning
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and integration workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
