Envision Employment Solutions is seeking an Observability & AIOps Engineer to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement based in Cairo, Egypt. This role focuses on implementing and managing observability solutions and AIOps tools to enhance system monitoring and performance. The position requires expertise in various observability platforms like Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana, along with strong knowledge of logging, metrics, and trace management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating AIOps tools with existing systems and may need to travel abroad for business purposes. This role combines technical expertise in cloud monitoring with practical application of observability principles to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities For Observability & AIOps Engineer
- Configure and maintain observability tools
- Manage logs, metrics, and traces for data collection and analysis
- Integrate AIOps tools with other systems
- Travel abroad for business trips when needed
Requirements For Observability & AIOps Engineer
- Experience with observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace)
- Knowledge of configuring and maintaining logs, metrics, and traces
- Understanding of key principles of observability
- Experience with AIOps tools integration
- Willingness to travel abroad for business trips
- Based in Egypt
