Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer for their partner, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. This role requires flexibility to work on US times and potential international travel. The position focuses on infrastructure engineering, managing diverse platforms and cloud services, with emphasis on automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipeline management. The ideal candidate will work with Windows and Linux platforms, leveraging AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, and utilizing HashiCorp tools like Packer and Vault. The role involves managing secure infrastructure, developing hardened images, and implementing automation strategies using various scripting languages and tools.
Responsibilities For Senior Automation Engineer
- Managing the secrets through the HashiCorp Vault
- Managing the Vaulting infrastructure
- Securing sensitive data using HashiCorp vault
- Develop and manage Golden (hardened) images using HashiCorp Packer
- Use PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripting to automate infrastructure tasks
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Docker containers
- Implement strategies for source control and automation using Git and GitLab

- Proven experience working with Windows and Linux platforms
