Enterprise Voice Engineer (Conversational Japanese)

EOS IT Solutions, a Global Technology and Logistics company, is seeking an Enterprise Voice Engineer with conversational Japanese skills for their Tokyo office. This role is crucial in supporting and managing Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Enterprise Voice Operations and Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of IT experience, with a strong background in Cisco voice technologies. You'll be responsible for managing low-level technical delivery of voice infrastructure projects, providing comprehensive product knowledge, and supporting user migrations and phone deployments.

Key responsibilities include leading projects, providing high and low-level designs, offering L1/L2 support for business-impacting issues, and participating in complex system engineering activities. You'll work closely with internal and external project managers, engage with businesses and vendors, and contribute to determining the technical and operational feasibility of solutions.

Requirements include Japanese Language Proficiency N2, Certified Cisco Voice technical certification, and hands-on experience with CUCM, CUC, SME, and Cisco Gateway (H323/SIP). Familiarity with the financial services sector and trading floor technologies is a plus.
