Backend Developer (Python/Django)

We're seeking a talented Backend Developer with extensive experience in Python and Django to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality, efficient, and scalable server-side applications, collaborating closely with frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver impactful features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Python and Django
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end development and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Manage database design and data storage solutions
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, specifically with Python and Django
• Strong understanding of web services and RESTful APIs
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization is a plus
• Ability to write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills
