Senior Testing Engineer

ERG, a distinguished research and consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to spearhead testing operations for energetic materials and systems. The position is based at a federal site in Indian Head, MD, approximately 30 miles from Washington, DC, with interaction and support from ERG personnel at various locations. The role demands a strong background in engineering testing and analysis of energetics, combined with deep knowledge of explosives safety regulations and laboratory operations.

As a Senior Test Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading testing strategies, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires expertise in performing in-depth testing and analysis of energetic systems, while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.

ERG offers an attractive compensation package starting from $140,000 to $180,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, 401k with profit sharing, educational benefits, and generous paid time off.
