Senior Mineral Processing Engineer

Eriez, a global leader in separation technologies established in 1942, is seeking a Senior Mineral Processing Engineer to join their Flotation team. This role involves applying advanced engineering techniques and analysis within the discipline, developing innovative designs, and working with minimal supervision. The engineer will utilize mineral processing and metallurgical methods to select and promote Eriez flotation technology solutions for minerals industry applications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a technical consultant to international customers
• Managing flotation testing programs at Eriez' global flotation laboratory
• Leading pilot scale test programs at customer sites
• Supporting aftermarket services and process assessments
• Determining flotation flow sheets and circuit configurations
• Preparing process engineering deliverables for capital equipment orders
• Assisting with product development and commercialization efforts
• Preparing technical papers and presentations

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, or materials), 8-10 years of relevant experience, and expertise in froth flotation process and flow sheet development. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to new requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
