Fullstack Engineer

As a Fullstack Engineer at Ethos, you'll join the Partnerships team with 4+ years of experience. You'll collaborate closely with other engineers, PMs, designers, and non-technical stakeholders to build and ship key features. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, valuing clean, modular, and high-performing code.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating to develop and ship features
• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software solutions
• Analyzing requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to team knowledge sharing
• Identifying and resolving software defects and performance issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Golang, Java, Python, C++, JavaScript)
• Mandatory Full-Stack Development experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
