We're building a transformative platform that combines AI automation with human expertise, serving major clients like Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell.

The Lead AI Engineer (Applied Scientist) role, based in our Palo Alto office, reports directly to the Cofounder and CTO. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies' legal and risk departments, developing enterprise-grade software using cutting-edge Generative AI. The role involves creating cloud-agnostic solutions, maintaining security standards, and building scalable platforms for enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities include deploying production-grade AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling complex datasets, and mentoring AI Engineers. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, advanced degree in relevant fields, and expertise in LLMs, RAGs, and ML frameworks.

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $350,000, along with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
