Lead Search Quality Engineer

We're seeking a Lead Search Quality Engineer to join our founding team in Bangalore, India, collaborating with our Palo Alto team. This role focuses on building exceptional Search and NLP products for legal knowledge bases, working with Fortune 500 companies' legal departments.

The position offers a unique opportunity to develop enterprise-grade software using cutting-edge Generative AI, creating cloud-agnostic solutions while maintaining strict security and compliance standards. You'll work with versatile legal knowledge bases and build scalable, resilient platforms for enterprise applications, data, AI, and search.

As a Lead Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing advanced machine learning models, deploying production-grade solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires expertise in semantic search, information retrieval, and LLMs, with a focus on building trusted and accurate legal automation solutions.
