Lead Software Engineer - Search and Infra

We're seeking a Lead Software Engineer specialized in Search and NLP to join our founding team in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on building highly scalable Search infrastructure for NLU and Insights functions on legal knowledge bases.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies' legal data, developing secure, enterprise-grade software using cutting-edge Generative AI. You'll be responsible for creating cloud-agnostic solutions, maintaining security standards, and building scalable platforms for enterprise applications, data, AI, and search.

As a technical leader, you'll architect complex solutions for Search infrastructure, own system stability and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and AI teams. The role demands expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing, and strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, and Go.
