Backend Software Engineer, Medical Chronologies Product Engineering

EvenUp is seeking a Backend Software Engineer for their Medical Chronologies Product Engineering team. This role is part of EvenUp's mission to support injury law firms across America in providing high-quality representation for injury victims. As a Backend Software Engineer, you'll work on EvenUp's newest and fastest-growing product, collaborating with AI, Legal, and GTM teams to implement solutions that enhance the speed, quality, and value of products for customers.

Key responsibilities include enhancing AI-native and human-in-the-loop workflows, implementing LLM-based solutions, developing systems to evaluate deliverable quality, and contributing to the evolution of EvenUp's fastest-growing product. You'll be at the forefront of the AI revolution, directly impacting EvenUp's success through data-driven insights and customer-driven experiences.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems, with proficiency in Python or other programming languages like Go, Java, or Node.js. You should be able to deliver high-quality software solutions, have a track record of successfully completing complex projects, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.
