Frontend Software Engineer, Medical Chronologies Product Engineering

Medical Chronologies is one of EvenUp's newest and fastest-growing products, truly a startup within a startup. As a Frontend Software Engineer on EvenUp's Medical Chronologies Product Engineering Team, you'll work closely with our AI, Legal, and GTM teams to scope and implement solutions that increase the speed, velocity, and quality of the products that deliver value to our customers. We are looking for individuals who have worked across the stack on incredible user-centric products and who are passionate about building the future of generative AI products.

Initiatives could include:

• Enhancing the capabilities of EvenUp's AI-native and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Implementing and integrating LLM-based solutions that immediately improve outcomes for our customers
• Developing the systems to evaluate the efficacy and quality of key customer deliverables
• Contributing to the evolution of EvenUp's fastest-growing product at the bleeding edge of the present-day AI revolution

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week spent collaborating with the team in the office. We are open to applicants located in either the Greater Toronto Area or in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to end-to-end AI workflows by integrating traditional SaaS with AI applications
• Collaborate with founders, product managers, and designers to brainstorm, scope, and realize new features
• Establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery
• Deliver secure, compliant code for sensitive data
• Mentor team members and contribute to team culture

What we look for:

• Extensive experience in building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems
• Proficiency with modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, React, JavaScript, CSS, DOM)
• 3+ years of frontend development experience
• Ability to craft and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ownership and personal accountability
