Description For Fullstack Software Engineer, Demands Product Engineering

EvenUp is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their Demands Product Engineering Team. This role is crucial in developing AI-driven solutions for injury law firms across America. The ideal candidate will work on enhancing AI-native workflows, implementing LLM-based solutions, and contributing to the evolution of EvenUp's flagship Demands product.

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with AI, Legal, and GTM teams to build user-centric products that increase the speed, velocity, and quality of EvenUp's offerings. Your responsibilities will include integrating traditional SaaS with AI applications, rapidly prototyping features, and establishing best practices for architecture and coding.

The role requires extensive experience in building frameworks and distributed systems, proficiency in Python and modern frontend technologies like TypeScript and React, and a track record of delivering complex projects. You'll need strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Contribute to end-to-end AI workflows by integrating traditional SaaS with AI applications
  • Rapidly prototype zero-to-one features for customer needs
  • Collaborate with founders, product managers, and designers to brainstorm, scope, and realize new features
  • Establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery
  • Deliver secure, compliant code for sensitive data
