Machine Learning Engineer

EvenUp, a fast-growing generative AI startup, is seeking Machine Learning Engineers to join their expanding team. In the past year, the engineering and data science team grew from <10 to 40+, with expectations to triple in 2024. The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of business/technical problems, build and deploy production machine learning models, and design automated ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy ML models that impact customers' lives
• Partner with leaders to drive business impact through ML
• Collaborate with product teams to address technology needs
• Develop methods and algorithms from first principles

Requirements:

• Experience in building production ML systems
• Industry or research experience in NLP, information retrieval, or entity resolution
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to translate theory into practical solutions
• Quick learner with cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven development mindset
