Software Engineer, Legal Ops

As a Software Engineer in the Legal Ops (LOPS) engineering team, you will:

• Spearhead the design, development, and optimization of robust, scalable systems for deploying algorithms based on large language models.
• Take full ownership of projects from inception to deployment and iterations.
• Work with internal engineering customers to understand and address new requirements.
• Implement robust, maintainable code using Python, Postgres, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and other technologies.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in developing high-quality software, managing infrastructure, and crafting RESTful APIs.
• Clear, structured thinking and a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Python or other programming languages like Go, Java, or C++.
